Zann Marketing Pty Ltd is an Australian owned company involved in internet marketing, in particular affiliate marketing and web publishing.
Internet marketing involves the use of strategies and techniques applied on the internet to advertise, promote and sell goods and services. Internet marketing involves the use of web sites, including site and search engine optimization, and email to inform customers about a product, solicit their questions, and accept their orders directly through the electronic medium.
Affiliate marketing is a sub-type of internet marketing. Affiliate marketing is a revenue sharing advertising model between two parties, the affiliate and the merchant. The affiliate utilises web sites or email to promote and sell products or services of the merchant. In return, the affiliate receives financial compensation in the form of:
- a percentage of the sale (commissions)
- a set amount for registrations (leads)
- an amount for every visitor referred to the merchant site (PPC or Pay Per Click)
- or a combination of the above
Web publishing is the act of publishing web sites and web pages on the internet. This may involve the use of HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, MYSQL, FTP and Javascript.
Established in October 2003, Zann Marketing has published over 50 web sites. Publised web sites vary from health information sites to fan sites to shopping sites. See a sample.
