URL Encoder & Decoder is a free tool provided by Zann-Marketing.com. URL Encoder & Decoder will encode or decode any text submitted to it.

URL encoding will return a string where all non-alphanumeric characters are replaced with a % sign followed by 2 hex digits. This URL encoder will replace spaces with a + sign and will not encode the characters "-" and "_". This URL encoder will encode the non-alphanumeric characters in the same way as posted data is encoded from an online form.

URL decoding will return a string with decoded characters. The encoded characters such as "%##" (that is, a % sign with 2 hex digits) are decoded into non-alphanumeric characters and + signs are decoded to spaces.
